About this tool

Do you store my invoice?
No. The PDF is built as the page loads and is never written to disk. We keep only a count of how many times the tool was used.
How do I add many items?
One per line in the items box: Description, then a pipe character, then quantity, then another pipe and the unit price. You can paste rows straight out of a spreadsheet.
Can I add my logo?
Not yet. Logo upload is coming for paid plans.
Is this a legal tax invoice?
It is a clear, professional invoice. Whether it satisfies tax rules where you trade depends on details like a registration number, which you can add in the notes field. Check your local requirements.
