About this tool

Sometimes the message already exists and it is simply not right yet. It is too long, or too blunt, or the grammar is not quite there, or it sounds angrier than you feel.

Rewriting is the one AI task that is genuinely low risk, because the meaning is already yours. The tool is not inventing anything: it is repairing and reshaping what you wrote. That makes it the safest tool here and, for anyone working in English as a second or third language, usually the most useful.

Pick what you want changed and the text comes back rewritten, along with a short note of what was altered so you can learn from it rather than just paste it. If anything you wrote was genuinely ambiguous, it says so instead of quietly picking a meaning.

Will it change what I meant?

It is instructed not to, and to flag anything genuinely ambiguous rather than guess. Read the rewritten version once regardless, because you are the only one who knows what you meant.

Is this good for non-native English speakers?

It is probably the most useful tool here for that. It repairs the English while keeping your meaning and your voice.

Why does it list what changed?

So you can see the pattern in your own writing. Most people make the same three mistakes repeatedly, and noticing them is worth more than any single rewrite.

Can I use it on a whole document?

Up to about 5000 characters at a time. For anything longer, do it section by section, which also gives better results.
