Most CVs fail in the first eight seconds, not because the person is unqualified but because the page reads like a list of duties. A hiring manager scanning forty applications is looking for evidence that you have already done the thing they need doing.

This tool takes the CV you already have and rewrites it around results instead of responsibilities. It keeps every fact you gave it, reorders the material so the most relevant experience is nearest the top, and rewrites your bullet points so each one shows an outcome rather than a job description.

It will not invent qualifications, employers or numbers. Where a bullet point would be much stronger with a figure you did not provide, it leaves a clearly marked placeholder in square brackets so you can drop the real number in. That is deliberate: a CV with an invented statistic on it is worse than a plain one, because it falls apart in the interview.

Paste your current CV exactly as it is, including the messy formatting. Add the job title you are aiming at, and the advert text if you have it, because that is what lets the tool decide which parts of your history matter most.

Questions

Will it invent experience I do not have?

No. It only reorganises and rewrites what you paste in. Where a number would strengthen a point, it leaves a placeholder in square brackets for you to fill in rather than making one up.

Should I run it once per job application?

Yes, and that is the point. A CV aimed at one advert beats a general one. Change the job title and advert text and run it again.

Will it get past applicant tracking systems?

It uses plain text, standard headings and the wording from the advert, which is what those systems read. No system can be guaranteed, but this avoids the formatting that commonly breaks them.

My CV is long. Will it fit?

You can paste up to about 6000 characters. On the free plan the result is shortened, so paid plans suit a full multi-page CV better.
